How to add entries to your monthly timesheet

When you open your monthly timesheet, you will notice an empty calendar with no clients.

1. Add an entry to your timesheet

To add a new client, click on the Add Client button.

This will bring up a searchable, pop-up modal with a list of clients. If a client you work on is not visible in Hypertime, contact your direct supervisor. Clients, Projects, and Activities will only show up in the modal if they were added by the head of your company.

After adding a client, you select the relevant project and activity.

This will allow you to input hours for each activity.

To add one hour you have to click inside a cell and write 01:00:00.

To add thirty minutes you have to click inside a cell and write 00:30:00.
